- Use deep links, page scraping, robots, spiders, or any other automatic tool, algorithm, or methodology, or any comparable or equivalent manual procedure, to increase traffic to the application/website/services/products, access, acquire, copy, or monitor any portion of the application/website/services/products, or in any other way replicate or get around the application's navigational structure or presentation of any content, in order to obtain or try to obtain any content, document.

The basic definitions and formulas of the subject would remain unchanged. The Company acknowledges that there are many ways to deliver structured curriculum pedagogy, and the inclusion of certain methods in the Application, Services, or Products does not imply that the Company approves of those methods in general, nor does their exclusion indicate the opposite. A subscription to the application or use of our services, website, or products in no way ensures acceptance into a school or the passing of a test or the achievement of a particular score on a test.
- Opinions and views may be present in some of the Application/Services/Website/products' contents, particularly those that relate to help with administrative service preparations. Any claims based on such opinions are not the responsibility of the Company. Additionally, the Company makes no guarantees or representations of any kind regarding the accuracy, sufficiency, or completeness of such information and data.

- The User acknowledges that he/she has not been influenced by any statements or representations of any person with regard to the quality or conditions of the products and that User has relied solely on the investigations, examinations, and inspections as the User has chosen to make and that the Company has provided the User with the opportunity to make. Upon receiving the User's approval, the Company may arrange for a demonstration of its products at the User's preferred location.
- The Company may, upon registration through any method whatsoever, contact you via the registered mobile number, email address, or any other mobile number, contact number, or email provided by You in order to enable the efficient provision of Services. The User hereby expressly grants the Company permission to contact him/her and the student using the Services at any time after registration using the aforementioned methods. Additionally, the Company shall have the right to watch over how the User or student uses the Application, Services, and/or Products and their contents, analyse that usage, and have a conversation with them about it in order to ensure effective and efficient use of the Services. By using the Application/Services/online portal, the User expressly authorises the Company to help students with their questions by responding to their inquiries, providing study plans, updating them on their progress, giving feedback, and communicating with them via phone or email, with the express permission of the User's legal guardian or parent, or through any other forum.
- Even though the company has worked to train the staff members involved in sales and services related to its products in order to enable quality control, it makes no guarantees or representations about the calibre and competence of such staff members and would not be held liable for any inappropriate behaviour on their part. Company reserves the right and discretion to take any action in response to any feedback from Users regarding the same.
- Access to specific Services components, such as doubt clearing, mentoring services, etc., may be governed by separate terms, conditions, and fair usage guidelines. Based on its policies, the Company reserves the right to decide the requirements for providing different elements of Services to various categories of Users. Therefore, the Company shall have the right to exercise its discretion in granting access to and determining the continuity of certain elements of Services, and subscription to the Application/products or registration does not automatically entitle the User to any and all elements of Services provided by the Company. Any of Our Services may be extended, cancelled, discontinued, prematurely withheld, or modified at our discretion.
- The business may occasionally hold competitions, and by participating, you agree to let it use your submissions—including but not limited to videos, written work, crafts, etc.—for advertising. The company will reserve all rights regarding your use of such submissions. You also agree that once your submissions are made to the company, you will no longer have any ownership rights in them and that the company may use all of the information you submit, including photos, videos, and other types of information, for promotional campaigns as it sees fit.
- Only a limited number of devices, tablets, instruments, and pieces of hardware are compatible with the Company's products and/or services, including the Application and content. The Company is not obligated to offer functional goods and/or services for any instruments that it does not recognise or for any instruments that a customer may purchase from a third party that are incompatible with the Company's goods and services. The company reserves the right to occasionally upgrade the table/category of compatible devices.
- As a result of Your use of our products and Services, the Company disclaims all liability for any loss or damage to your tablet or any other hardware, software, or instrument, including any loss of data or slowdown in processing speed.
- When making a purchase, you must indicate the address to which the shipment must be delivered. You cannot, under any circumstances, change the address after the order has been processed. Direct delivery of all items is required to the address provided at the time of ordering. You must notify us in writing of any address changes well before the shipment is scheduled to be delivered. If the address or name are incorrect, the item(s) won't be delivered.
- (a) The Company will pay the shipping costs for the return of any items that were damaged upon delivery. However, if a product needs to be returned for any other reason, the user is responsible for making arrangements for its return and is responsible for paying any shipping costs. (b)We kindly ask you not to accept any product packages that appear to have been opened, tampered with, or otherwise damaged at the time of delivery. The goods must be delivered by the company in the same condition as when they were received. Products cannot be returned if they have any indication of use or damage of any kind. (c) All requests for product returns must be submitted within 7 (seven) days of the delivery date. Please be aware that after 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery, no refund requests will be accepted or considered.

Your name, mobile number, email address, residential address, the student's grade or class, the name of the school, payment information (credit/debit card details), if necessary, and any other information deemed necessary by the Application will be requested of you. The following points regarding information provision may be noted:-
- You are solely responsible for making sure that the account information you provide is current, accurate, and complete.
- You are in charge of protecting the privacy of the account information and of all actions taken using your account. You agree to:
- at the conclusion of each session, make sure to successfully log out of Your account;
- Any unauthorised use of Your account must be reported right away to the Company. We may ask you to change your password or we may suspend Your account without incurring any costs to the Company for the period of time we deem necessary in the event that there is reason to suspect that Your account will likely be misused or compromised. If You do not abide by this clause, We won't be responsible for any loss or damage that results.
• You understand that using Your account depends on outside variables like the availability of internet networks and internet service providers, and that the Company cannot always guarantee access to the Application. The Company shall not be liable to You for any damages resulting from Your inability to access Your account and the services of the Application at any time, in addition to the exclusions stated in the Terms.
- People who fall under the definition of "competent/capable" under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, may register for the Application and any of Our goods or services. Minors, bankrupts who haven't been released, etc. are not permitted to register for Our products or Services. If you are a minor and would like to use our products or services, Your legal guardian or parents must consent to these Terms and make such access available to You. When a minor makes use of the Application/Website/Services, it is assumed that he or she has obtained the legal guardian's or parents' consent and that they have made the use possible. When an individual, including a minor, registers for the Services/products provided, the Company disclaims all responsibility for any consequences that may arise from that individual's misuse of any Our Application or any of Our products or services. By using the goods or services, you represent and warrant that all the information you provide is true and correct, and that students using the application have obtained their parent's or legal guardian's (if they are minors) consent. If it is determined that You are under the age of 18 (eighteen) years, that Your parent or legal guardian has not given consent for You to use the products or Services, or that Any information provided by You is inaccurate, the Company reserves the right to terminate Your subscription and/or refuse to grant you access to the products or services. You agree that it is not the Company's responsibility to make sure you meet the aforementioned eligibility requirements. You are solely responsible for making sure you have the necessary qualifications. Anyone under the age of 18 (eighteen) should obtain their parents' or legal guardians' consent before providing any information about themselves, their parents, or other family members on the Application.
- You consent to protect the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, obligations, losses, liabilities, debt, costs, or expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

- Without regard to principles of conflict of law, the laws of India shall govern the Terms and their interpretation. Additionally, the competent courts in Bangalore shall have sole jurisdiction over the Terms, and by agreeing to this, You submit to their jurisdiction.
- Any aspect(s), feature(s), or functionality of the Application or the Services may be changed, modified, suspended, discontinued, and/or eliminated by the Company at any time without prior notice. Additionally, the Company is free to periodically modify these Terms without providing you with prior notice. No express or implied promise is made by the Company to keep up or continue any aspect of the Application. You acknowledge that any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Application/Services by the Company shall not subject the Company to any liability to You or to any third party. Without prior notice, all prices are liable to change.
