The CS Executive course is designed for individuals who have passed the CSEET or hold an undergraduate degree for direct entry. The course is structured into two modules comprising a total of seven papers, with Module 1 containing four papers and Module 2 containing three papers. The entire course can be completed within 12 months.
To enroll in the CS Executive program, candidates must have either passed the CSEET (Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test) or have an undergraduate degree for direct entry.
The CS Executive exams are conducted twice a year, in June and December. The registration deadlines are January 31st for the June exam and July 31st for the December exam.
The CS Executive exams are written exams with an exam pattern of 80% descriptive and 20% objective questions. To pass, candidates must score at least 40% in each paper and an overall aggregate of 50%.
The registration fee after passing CSEET is Rs. 17,000, and for direct entry, it is Rs. 22,000. The exam fee is Rs. 1,200 per module. Additionally, there is an optional ICSI subscription fee of Rs. 500.
