Paper 2: Corporate and Other Laws

Corporate and Other Laws in CA Inter includes the study of the Companies Act, 2013, covering company formation, management, and legal compliance. It also covers other laws such as the Indian Contract Act and the Negotiable Instruments Act.

Taxation in CA Inter focuses on the principles and applications of both direct and indirect taxes. It covers Income Tax, including computation of income and tax liability, and GST, including its framework, registration, and compliance requirements.

Paper 4: Cost and Management Accounting

- Yes, after passing the CA course's Intermediate exams, students must complete a 2-year articleship, or practical training under a chartered accountant in practise, giving them experience in the field.

- Students who have passed their 10+2 exam may register for the CA Foundation course. Graduates and postgraduates with specific marks can bypass the Foundation level and enrol directly in the Intermediate course.
